I nostri ragazzuoli hanno condiviso un messaggio sul loro sito per ringraziare i fan ma anche la loro crew dopo aver quasi concluso il primo mese di tour in America.

Getting back on the road this past month has been fucking incredible thanks to you all! Great and memorable times were had every single night and without a doubt many more are right around the corner. Meeting and seeing fans every night, sharing stories with them and most importantly rocking the fuck out together each night was truly an honor. When the Houston Open Air Festival made the decision to cancel due to weather concerns we were so bummed to have to end the first round of tour on a sour note. We know our fans don’t give up easily and neither do we, so we scrambled to make last minute arrangements to play for as many of our Houston fans as we could. In the course of one hour our entire A7X crew was able to pack and transport all of our gear, find and rent out a venue, wrangle up a security team and put together a show for as many of our Houston fans as we could fit. Nearly every promoter and agent in the area said it was impossible. Thanks to our Crew and the staff at the White Oak Music Hall we did the impossible and the show went on. We want to thank the spirited fans who showed up in Houston and helped end the first batch of shows on an amazing note! To those who traveled to see us and were not able to or those under the age of 18 we are really sorry about the situation. We tried to make the best out of a shitty situation for as many fans as we could. Louisville and Janesville get ready because we will see you this weekend!

“Tornare in tour da un mese a questa parte è stato fottutamente incredibile grazie a tutti voi. Momenti belli e memorabili ci sono stati regalati ogni sera e senza dubbio molti altri ci aspettano dietro l’angolo.
Incontrare e vedere i nostri fans ogni sera, condividere storie con loro e, molto più importante, divertirci insieme ogni notte è stato un vero onore.
Quando lo Houston Open Air ha deciso di cancellare lo show a causa dei timori per il brutto tempo eravamo scocciati di dover finire il primo round di questo tour così malamente.
Sappiamo che i nostri fans non si arrendono in fretta e non lo facciamo neanche noi, ci siamo quindi mossi per arrangiarci all’ultimo minuto pur di suonare per più fans di Houston possibili.
Nel corso di una sola ora la nostra crew al completo è riuscita a smontare tutto quanto e trasportare tutte le nostre cose, cercare ed affittare una venue, metter su un team per la sicurezza e tirare su uno show per quanti più fans di Houston potessimo ospitare. Nonostante ogni agente o promoter della zona ci avesse detto che era impossibile riuscirci. Grazie quindi alla nostra crew e allo staff del White Oak Music Hall per averci aiutato a realizzare l’impossibile e far andare in scena lo show.
Vogliamo ringraziare i nostri fans che sono venuti fino ad Houston e ci hanno aiutati a finire questo primo blocco di concerti in modo grandioso. Per tutti quelli che hanno viaggiato sino ad Houston per vederci e non sono riusciti a farlo e per quelli che non sono potuti entrare perchè non avevano almebo 18 anni, ci dispiace davvero molto per tutta la situazione.
Abbiamo cercato di tirare fuori qualcosa di buono da una situazione di merda per quanti più fans potessimo.
Louisville e Janesville tenetevi pronti perchè ci vediamo questo weekend!

Che dire ragazzi, questa band ha veramente fatto più del dovuto parlando della brutta situazione di Houston, con un festival che ha annullato tutto solo all’orario di apertura dei cancelli. Avrebbero potuto tornare sul tourbus, tornarsene a casa immediatamente o godersi un giorno libero in più ma il loro senso del dovere verso i fans gli ha fatto organizzare l’impossibile. E dispiace per chi è rimasto fuori ma davvero alla band non si puó rimproverare niente. Speriamo che questa voglia di uscire e stare con i fans la mantengano anche ad anno nuovo.
